Include your display name if you have an account, your iPhone model, and the iOS version (Settings, General, About). Tell us what you expected and what happened.

The Fireworks Game is free on the App Store for iPhone.

Coin packs are consumable and are not restored as unused coins. The gold firework unlock is non-consumable. In the game, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy it.

For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot see your card details and we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

You can play with no account. To delete a cloud account, open Settings, tap Friends, then tap Delete account at the bottom of the card. It is removed straight away, and progress saved on your phone stays.

If you cannot open the app, email hello@thefireworksgame.com from the account email with the subject "Delete my account". The full steps are in the Privacy Policy.

Tap a player's row on the Friends tab leaderboard, or their name in your friend list or a friend request, then choose Report player or Block player. Reports need an account.

You can also email hello@thefireworksgame.com with the player's display name. We review reports within 24 hours and remove names that break the rules.

Every card in a shop pack starts Common. Each pack gets three lucky taps, and on each tap a Common card has a 5% chance to become Epic and an Epic card has a 10% chance to become Legendary. Per card that works out to Common 85.7%, Epic 12.8%, Legendary 1.4%. In the shop, tap the info (i) button in the Card Packs header to see them before you buy.
